Doom

We played Doom to test it out with David, Mandy and Curtis as the marines and I ran the spawning monsters.

The group didn't make it, but it was probably due to the lucky number of spawns I was able to pull off.  Apparently I had picked all the spawn cards early in the game and I was able to get my 6 frags in quickly.

Overall I think the game moved quickly and it can easily be modified to allow more marines and monsters.  The board was easy to setup and the rounds went quite quick.

Doom with 5 marines

We played Doom again with David, Mandy, Jeremy, Jessica, and Gamble as the marines

The group didn't do much better than when they had 3 marines.  The monsters on level 2 were just as difficult and numerous.  The group had a bunch of poor rolls for ammo usage and most marines were depleted by the end of round 2.  Jeremy did really well with the Chainsaw and his special ability to add 2 damage per roll.  Using the whirlwind attack I think he killed about a dozen monsters single handidly.  Gamble ran through the complex opening doors and running ahead.
